Enquiries and bookings

When you contact Jamie by email, phone or WhatsApp, he receives the details you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and event requirements. These are used to reply, prepare a quote and arrange your requested service. Enquiry handling takes place to respond to your request before a possible contract; booking information is used to fulfil the agreed service.

Only share what is needed

Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information about guests. If dietary or allergy details are needed, discuss how to provide the minimum information required with Jamie.

Website and other services

This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics tools or a contact-form database. Hosting providers may process technical access logs for site delivery and security. The AMP runtime is loaded from Google’s AMP CDN, which receives technical connection information. Clicking a WhatsApp link opens a service provided by WhatsApp/Meta; its own privacy terms apply. Email and phone communications are also handled by their respective service providers.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry details should be kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting booking, subject to applicable accounting or legal requirements. Contact Jamie to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about other applicable data protection rights. You may also raise a concern with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
